- Executive Function Support
- Act as the CEO’s “right hand,” helping prioritize tasks, manage time, and reduce decision fatigue.
- Anticipate needs, deadlines, and potential bottlenecks.
- Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage an ever-evolving calendar with complex scheduling needs.
- Proactively block time for deep work, rest, and strategic thinking.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting action lists.
- Email & Communication Gatekeeping
- Organize and triage email and internal communications.
- Draft and edit professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Support leadership and team alignment by preparing communications, slide decks, and status reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Task & Project Management
- Track tasks and follow up with internal and external contacts.
- Use project management tools to maintain alignment.
- Maintain visibility across all key initiatives and priorities.
- Operations & Process Optimization
- Help streamline workflows, improve productivity systems, and reduce friction.
- Monitor and redirect routine tasks from the CEO to appropriate team members or departments and all executive logistics.
- Identify opportunities for delegation and implement processes to reduce CEO's operational load.
- Serve as a liaison between providers, clinical staff, and administrative leadership.
- 3-5 Years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur—ideally in a healthcare, mental health, or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools and digital systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, project management software).
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; able to manage up effectively.
- Adept at managing ambiguity, sudden changes, and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
